Instructions regarding placing an order with PayPal

For those of you who are not familiar with PayPal, please note that they use a secure web site. Your financial information is safe and cannot be divulged to others. You are also able to pay with your regular credit card, if you do not have a PayPal account.

Click on Add to Cart, to purchase a product. This will take you to our Euro Sales Shopping Cart on the Pay Pal website. You can return to our Upflush website to add more items by clicking on Continue Shopping. Or Proceed to Checkout, where you have the option of using a PayPal account OR your regular credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AmEx).

Shipment of Upflush products

The Upflush toilet system (either the Saniplus or the WaterGenie) consists of three boxes and can be shipped to your door via UPS, or we can have UPS hold it for pickup by you at your convenience. Note: if you order an Extension Pipe as well, this can conveniently be packaged inside the toilet bowl box. The products are very well packaged and shipped on a small pallet with UPS Truck Freight. Please check for damage upon arrival of the goods. If the boxes appear to be damaged and the china toilet bowl or tank are broken, we suggest that you make a note about this on the driver's waybill, and refuse the broken product. Note: Please do not refuse the entire shipment, just the damaged item(s).
